The story of Francis Gabe
Francis Batizon was born back in 1915 in Oregon. The girl was very intelligent, and at the age of 14 she managed to graduate from the Polytechnic College. Then fate linked her to her future husband, an electrical engineer, who after the end of World War II could not find a job.
After quite a long time, the family decided to send Francis to work. What she did, successfully creating her own business to restore destroyed buildings.
For many years this occupation brought prosperity and well-being to the family, but then her husband rebelled. Apparently, the success of his wife did not give him peace. Initially, he demanded to change the name, so Francis became Gabe instead of Batizon, but this ended the family conflicts, and after a while the couple decided to divorce. The inventor was left alone with the children and with her business.
Important! Francis did not grieve that she had to work hard and pull children on her own. She only complained that her household duties took away too much of the time that she could devote to her children.
Then one day, when, after breakfast, the inventor cleaned up the kitchen, she saw jam running down the kitchen set and came into a frenzy. In anger, grabbing a garden hose, the woman washed the sweet brew from the box with a strong water jet. It was at this moment that the thought occurred to her to create a house that could wash itself in this way.
How to create a unique self-cleaning house
On the invention of all the systems of her dream home, Francis took almost twenty years. Self-Cleaning House is a self-cleaning house that washes itself and effectively dries. She had to completely rebuild her own house, created from cinder blocks. Also, the woman had to get 68 patents for various inventions that were required for the reconstruction of the house.

And in 2001, the house was damaged by an earthquake, and the system stopped working fully.
Seven years after the disaster, the family sent an elderly inventor to live out their years in a nursing home. By this time all patents expired, and no one needed inventions. Francis Gabe died at 101, in 2016, outliving her husband and children.
